Dr. Lawrence E. Henderson, Jr. is an accomplished executive coach with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and organizations achieve peak effectiveness. He has partnered with CEOs, senior leaders, and boards of directors across organizations ranging from small businesses to multi-billion-dollar public companies.
Lawrence began his leadership journey as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army, where he developed a deep understanding of leadership and organizational dynamics.
Today, as a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, he helps organizations strengthen culture, improve communication, and increase employee engagement through practical, results-driven leadership strategies.
